It's April 16th already. That means that tax season is finally over, wahoo! I didn't file as many as I did last year, but with adjusting to life with a new baby in the middle of it didn't make it any less stressful. Spring is in the air and it makes me excited for summer break. Elizabeth is excited to go to the pool again, she's our little fish, and I'm excited for summer play and vacations. Kevin and I have been called as the Youth Conference Coordinators for the ward, which will happen this summer as well. We are excited for the new call, I love working with the youth, I have missed it. So if anyone has any fun ideas for themes and activities, we need all the help we can get.
Last Saturday we planted a peach tree. Kevin really worked hard digging the hole for it. There is so much rock in our yard. Kevin says at least we are safe if ever we have an earthquake. I'm thrilled about having a peach tree. Hopefully by next fall we will have some fresh peaches to enjoy.

we have a couple of peach trees. last year we had lots of peaches. one tree produced tons, but they were tiny. the other only produced a few, but they were big and juicy. we forgot to fertilize it this winter, though and i don't think we have any this year. oh well.
